Each phase of this service is intentionally designed to build on each other and move you as fast as possible to decisive action and effective execution.

Explore Your Future Vision
Overview
Step One: We kick this phase of work off by giving a group of your choosing our Faster Future Diagnostic. With this tool we are able to understand where you are in your journey to be Future Ready, which allows us to ensure we are focusing on your specific areas of need and opportunity.
Step Two: From here we do 3-weeks of intensive research on your industry, current market position, goals, results from your diagnostic, and relevant advanced technologies. This isn’t your mother’s typical type of consulting. We are fast, practical, and leverage our unique expertise to gather insights that you can’t just search on the web.
Step Three: Finally, we finish with a 2-Day Immersion (In-person or digital) that we customize to meet your exact needs. We cover some of the latest technologies and trends impacting your industry and we review the results of our diagnostic and research. This allow us to dive deep in the exploration of your future vision.
Month 2
Pressure Test Alternative Futures
Overview
Step One: We work with your team to develop three alternative futures that take into account different technology disruptions, changing global and social impact, environmental, and governmental changes, and more. The goal of building multiple future scenarios is to pressure test your future vision and ensure you have alignment across groups for what actions one can take when global conditions change in the future.
Step Two: One-Day Feedback Immersion. We deliver this product as a series of future technology and industry scenarios on your selected timelines. We map back to today so you can make the best plan to achieve success. The output of this is your desired future vision that you have pressure tested and received by-in from others around. While no future is certain, this allows you to move ahead with a North Star that you can rally support around in the next phase of work.
Month 3
Accelerate Your Execution
Overview
During this final phase we work with you to develop a robust playbook with our findings, visuals and communication plans for sharing your future vision
Recommend areas to prioritize and focus on to help you accelerate in this new direction
Communication includes either whitepapers and insights reports, dynamic videos, future illustrations, or splash pages and marketing campaigns
The playbook is customized to meet your specific needs. Clients in the past have asked us to build ones that look much like project plans and roll-out strategies, while other clients have asked us to help them build something that more closely resembles a media pack and supporting materials.
